Goals:
Wanted to get in better overall shape.
Wanted to win offroad motorcycle races.
Problems:
Lack of body tone
Lack of strength and endurance
Results:
After only 2 weeks I began to feel better and sharper mentally and as 2 weeks turned into 10 weeks I saw a major increase in
strength and endurance. I started off-road motorcycle racing a year ago and quickly determined that I wasn't in proper shape. A
friend recommend Graham and I started a strength/cardio routine two days a week. Progress was surprisingly quick, and I began to
see results in 4 weeks, the confidence boost has been great! A key ingredient in off-road racing is core strength and endurance.
Races often last 2.5 to 3 hours in sometimes grueling heat and conditions.  Hard work has paid off big for me as this past week I
won 1st place in class at the Mid East Rockhouse race.
Thanks Graham!

Staying fit has always been important to me but getting into powerlifting has been a life changing experience.
Being married to a 2 time World Champion Powerlifter who also happens to be my powerlifting coach keeps me
on my toes.  I have been working out for a number of years and strength training makes me feel better, look
better, have more energy and confidence.  Graham's rigerous strength routines have helped me become number
one in my age division and weight class.  Recently I won first place in a Powerlifting Meet at Furman University.
Powerlifters are an exilierated group of people of all ages, weights and sizes who love to display their strength in
the 3 most important lifts known for complete and overall fitness and workout fulfillment - The Squat, The
Deadlift and The Benchpress.

When I started in January 2007, I was a young lawyer working in a busy, stressful law practice.   My workplace
stress carried over into my personal life and my overall fitness level was at best, fatigued.   I began circuit training,
as I wanted to get back in shape.  I struggled to deadlift 135 lbs., yet as the weeks passed my deadlift increased.
After a few short months my deadlift actually shot up to 350 lbs. and now I am staring at a goal of 400 lbs. later
this year.  Now I am powerlifting and for me, the excitement lies in constant competition against my last personal
record.  This keeps me motivated but is also very humbling, because no matter how strong I become there is
always someone stronger.   I found that the more personal success I had, the better I became in competition.
Intense powerlifting helped me deal with workplace stress and I became more relaxed at home and focused at
work.   I recommend this sport and Graham Sesler as your trainer to anyone who can’t leave work where it
belongs.................... at work.

As an athletic senior in high school I am very interested in weight training and lifting heavy to build muscle.  I
met Graham while working at a local gym.  He was training heavy for an upcoming powerlifting meet.  When I
asked him for some help and advice he shared some of his training techniques with me.  Soon he was training
me.  My lifting improved dramatically and I decided to test my strength by competing in a local powerlifting meet.
As a novice I broke the South Carolina state record at 211 bodyweight deadlifting 468 lbs.  My strength and
muscle tone are getting better everyday.  I will continue to train with Graham to get as strong as possible and be
healthy for life.

Chiropractor.
I started training with Graham about 2 years ago.  At the time I was overweight and out of shape.  I hired
Graham to be my personal trainer to help me tone up and improve my general health.  Although not at all
interested in powerlifting, through his training I gained enough strength to become the South Carolina State
record holder for Women’s Bench Press – Twice.  On my very first meet I broke the existing record and on my
next meet, I broke my own record.  Although this was an unintentional result of weight training these
accomplishments have given me a great deal of personal satisfaction.  My overall results are:  1) weight
reduction; 2) improved upper and lower body strength – PR for bench: 190 lbs, PR for DL: 300lbs.; 3) increased
muscle mass;  4) increased energy ; 5) lowered stress 6) and my husband is VERY happy.

I started working out with Graham several years ago because I realized that, although I was going to the gym on
a regular basis, I just wasn't seeing results that reflected my efforts.  Graham and I immediately got to work and
he put me through some of the best workouts I'd ever been through.  It wasn't long before I was seeing
definition in my arms and legs and beating my personal bests on a regular basis.  Graham's positive spirit and
"tough love" were exactly what I needed to push my body to new limits.  After working with Graham and seeing
what he does for others through fitness, I decided to get certified as a personal trainer myself!  Now I am
training at a prestigious health club in New York City and owe a lot of thanks to Graham for helping me further
develop my passion for fitness.
